Course Description
The purpose of this course is to help personal trainer and strength coaches to better understand the different components of program design and periodization. This course will help tune up their scientific knowledge as well as the “art” of writing custom made long and short term training programs for their clients.
This course is design to give the participant a solid, yet very adaptable system to design training programs base on information stemming from a sound structural screening and proven system for exercise and training system selection.
